Chibi Pet es un juego sin anuncios, sin compras y sin cuentas propias. No recogemos ni vendemos datos personales.
- Datos del juego. La mascota, el mundo, los ajustes, las pinturas, los logros y las fotos de Recuerdos se guardan solo en tu teléfono. Si tienes activada la copia de seguridad de Android, el sistema puede incluirlos en tu copia de Google; el modelo de lenguaje descargado queda fuera de la copia.
- Fotos de Recuerdos. Son capturas de la pantalla del juguete. Solo salen del teléfono si tú las compartes.
- Modelo de lenguaje opcional. Si lo descargas desde Opciones → Inteligencia, la app pide el archivo a Hugging Face (huggingface.co); ese servidor ve la petición (dirección IP y datos técnicos habituales) según su propia política. No se envía ningún dato del juego. El modelo y Gemini Nano (en los teléfonos compatibles, con ML Kit) se ejecutan en el teléfono: lo que escribes a tu mascota no sale del dispositivo.
- Emparejamiento por cercanía. Al buscar otra mascota, la app usa Nearby Connections de Google Play services (Bluetooth y Wi‑Fi) y comparte directamente con el otro teléfono el nombre, la etapa y el color de tu mascota. En Android 12 o anterior el sistema exige el permiso de ubicación para buscar dispositivos Bluetooth; la app no lee ni guarda tu ubicación.
- Logros (Google Play Juegos). Si has iniciado sesión en Google Play Juegos, el progreso de los logros se envía a Google y se rige por la política de privacidad de Google.
- Servicios de Google. Google Play services y ML Kit pueden enviar a Google información técnica y de diagnóstico según la política de privacidad de Google.
- Notificaciones. Se programan en el teléfono; no usamos notificaciones push ni servidores propios.
- Menores. La app está dirigida a mayores de 13 años. No recogemos a sabiendas datos de menores de 13 años; si crees que un menor nos ha facilitado datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.

Privacy Policy
Chibi Pet is a game with no ads, no purchases and no accounts of its own. We do not collect or sell personal data.
- Game data. Your pet, world, settings, paintings, achievements and Memories photos are stored only on your phone. If Android backup is turned on, the system may include them in your Google backup; the downloaded language model is excluded from backups.
- Memories photos. They are captures of the toy's screen. They only leave your phone if you share them.
- Optional language model. If you download it from Options → Intelligence, the app requests the file from Hugging Face (huggingface.co); that server sees the request (IP address and usual technical data) under its own policy. No game data is sent. The model and Gemini Nano (on supported phones, through ML Kit) run on your phone: what you write to your pet never leaves the device.
- Nearby pairing. When looking for another pet, the app uses Google Play services Nearby Connections (Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi) and shares your pet's name, stage and color directly with the other phone. On Android 12 or older the system requires the location permission to scan for Bluetooth devices; the app does not read or store your location.
- Achievements (Google Play Games). If you are signed in to Google Play Games, achievement progress is sent to Google and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Google services. Google Play services and ML Kit may send technical and diagnostic information to Google under Google's privacy policy.
- Notifications. They are scheduled on the phone; we use no push notifications or servers of our own.
- Children. The app is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
